Welcome to Funtivity by Hermis. You can use Funtivity to bring your remote team together over a fun activity.
Funtivity by Hermis is an app for MS Teams that allows the meeting participants to play activities like Trivia, Bingo, Escape Room, Scavenger Hunt and more. Funtivity has a plethora of activities & content for a wide variety of occasions including Team building, Conference breakout sessions, Cultural events and more. With more than a dozen different activities and meticulously crafted events for all occasions, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Once the app is installed, browse the available pre-curated events, pick the the one that everyone likes, and click “Start Event” to get started. You can invite other meeting participants by using the “Send App” feature. For participants that join late, a hint is shown to join the event when they open the app.If you’re looking for something custom or a professionally hosted event,

Click on the "+" button to add a Teams App to your meeting.
Browse or use the search functionality to find the Funtivity by Hermis app.
On the app detail page, click on Add, to add Funtivity by Hermis to your meeting.
Note: if you are adding the app outside of a meeting context, choose "add to a meeting" in the dropdown.
Review the app details in the pop-up. And then click on "Next" to proceed to the next step.
After successful installation of the app, you will see a "Save" button. Click to save the app to your meeting.
Review the Funtivity by Hermis introduction screens to get a quick overview of the app.
Choose from one of the 30+ activities, which have been neatly categorized for easy navigation.
Review the details of the activity - and with a single click launch the event for attendees in your meeting.
Funtivity by Hermis comes with a default set of Themed Content to choose from. Pick your favorite.
Start the Activity and enjoy with your fellow meeting attendees to add joy to your meeting.
Once the activity has completed, you can launch another activity by clicking on the "Agenda" button.
You don’t need a Hermis account to download or launch Funtivity. You can access the app through your existing MS Teams account. However, please note that a Funtivity event can only be created within a meeting and shared with other meeting attendees.
For the current version of the app, we only have the ability to create events and invite others during an active Teams meeting. However, we soon plan to add capability to customize and plan future events on your Teams calendar.
Funtivity is free to download and enjoy individually. We have a plethora of free events and activities for you to choose from. Corporate subscribers can also access premium activities and enjoy new content releases every month. Additionally, you can personalize your experience with custom events and themes for a premium.
